These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of gambilldata.com (the “Site”), operated by Gambill Data LLC (“Gambill Data,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site provides general information about Gambill Data's consulting and coaching services, published articles and resources, and ways to request a conversation or purchase a self-serve coaching product. Nothing on the Site is an offer to contract, and browsing the Site does not create a client or advisory relationship. Any actual consulting engagement is governed by a separate, signed statement of work or engagement agreement negotiated directly with you — not by these Terms.
Not professional advice
Articles, resources, and other content on the Site (including the blog and downloadable templates) are provided for general informational purposes only. They reflect Chris Gambill's experience and judgment but are not a substitute for engagement-specific analysis of your organization's systems, data, or risk. No outcome, result, or level of performance is guaranteed by anything published on the Site.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, and branding — including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable resources — are owned by Gambill Data LLC or used with permission, unless otherwise noted. You may view, download, and use ungated resources for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute Site content as your own, or use Gambill Data's name, logo, or branding without permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services — including Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payment processing, and LinkedIn, YouTube, Sessionize, and Substack for professional and content channels. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Payments and digital products
Coaching products purchased through a Stripe Checkout link are processed by Stripe under the terms shown at checkout. If you have a question about a purchase, a receipt, or a refund, email chris.gambill@gambilldataengineering.com directly and we'll work it out.
Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gambill Data LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. This section does not limit liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Site or our services change. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
